user does not exist even if she is visible inside
Hello,
We got problem with one of our users, she is visible inside jira like on screen down below:
but when I click on her name I get error that user do not exist, screen down below:
also when I try to add her to some of the groups in jira I get error like jira cannot find ''reberšakm'' but the real user is rebersakm without ''š''
What can I do here.
