We are receiving the following error message in our servicedesk instance:
Error- Something went wrong. Contact administrator.
Only administrators appear to be receiving this warning, however.
I have had a look at the error-log but nothing stood out. How can I find out what ist causing the error?
Best regards
Laura
Hi @Laura Hartstein ,
This is too general to be picked up by forum members. You better make a support.zip and create a bug report at Atlassian.
Rudy
Hi Rudy,
I wanted to do that, but Atlassian no longer offers support for starter licences. :/

Then you have a catch-22! You might want to dig in the jira logs and post the error message here. In the logs there is mostly a more descriptive error message.
Did you already check the log analyzer?
<jira base url>/plugins/servlet/troubleshooting/view/ => log analyzer
