I am creating a Bot which would automatically create Service desk tickets on JIRA but while i am using raiseOnBehalfOf on my Request It provides me the following error
Welcome to the community. Can you verify that your customer "Sathish" already have an valid account in your JSM project env? If the custom is yourself (in this test case), can you see if you can create an issue via the portal UI on your own behalf?

The user exists in the project but even if it exists i am unable to create a ticket on behalf of that user via API but via the Jira portal i am able to do that
