unable to find SLA option in my portal

I am currently using the trial version of the platform and am experiencing a few issues:

  1. I cannot find the SLA (Service Level Agreement) option in my portal.
  2. My workflow is not functioning as expected.
  3. I would like to know how to create tickets from email.

Any guidance you can provide on these matters would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the community!

SLA: Please go the project settings and scroll down on the left pane. (screenshot below)

For tickets via email: You can go to the Project settings and find 'Email Requests.' Any email received at the configured email will turn into a ticket.

Note: To access all of this, you need to be an admin.

There is no option of SLA in my portal .
