Hello @ABDOULAYE BASFAR ~ can you elaborate a bit more? As @Rilwan Ahmed pointed out, you cannot have multiple "status" values at the same time, but you can certainly have multiple "steps" as far as automations in the background (i.e. an automation can transition to a status and then to another status based on certain conditions). It would help to know a bit more about what you are trying to do to provide a suitable solution.

This is not possible. A ticket can be in only one status at the given point of time.
If you can explain your scenario/case, I can try to get the possible solution.
