hello all,

Timesheet {{#lookupIssues}} {{worklog.timeSpent}} {{/}}
i have lookup issue for just one ticket for testing but output of this is always only first 20 logs in worklgos :
Timesheet 1h, 30m, 1m, 2h, 2h 15m, 20m, 20m, 20m, 45m, 1h, 25m, 15m, 20m, 1h, 15m, 30m, 30m, 45m, 45m, 1h
i can open ticket and it's show 50 logs in worklogs maybe more.
can anyone help me with this?
i did not use api.. i would like to use jira automation for this.
Hi Peter:
The usage of "Timesheet" syntax in the rule seems to be a third party add-on, and I don't believe it is an out of the box functionality.
In automation rules - Lookup issue action will process maximum of 100 issues per your JQL results. https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-actions/#Lookup-issues.
Your usage of {{worklog.timeSpent}} is correct.
Can you verify if you are using a third party add-on for Timesheets? If so, then you need to contact the vendor for technical support.
Please provide more details, so we can assist you further.

hello,
So "Timesheet" it's just comment in my audit log because i have more then 2 so just to know which one is which. so no i'm not using third party add-on.
lookupissues is JQL:
"key = DIGMIAHOTL-13017"
so there is no problem with 100 issues per JQL... i'm sure. but my issues that i'm working on or troubleshooting have more than 50 work-logs logged in the range of several months. and my output is always only 20 records from worklogs, i try to print only times logged from last month but not working as well in this specific issues.
why i need this:
i have automation that is creating report every month for multiple customers for invoice purposes.
