We are trying to set up Single sign up for Microsoft accounts to sign into the portal as customers only, allowing them to raise tickets from the portal
However we keep getting "Need admin approval" we do not seem able to turn this off, guides for how to set up SSO from start to finish are also poor in quality and we are struggling to follow these.
Is anyone able to support or link me to a thread about how to set these up, please do not link the Jira one: Configure SAML single sign-on for portal-only customers | Atlassian Support

Issue has been found, after having set everything up, that error what it actually means is a Admin has to login first with one of their SSO accounts first, after that everything worked.
