This issue does not happen to all users, only a few users.

And also, we didn't upgrade or apply any patch for JIRA lately.
I am using Chrome.
the side bar just loaded for me, but only once.it does not load after i refresh the page.
Dashboard is working fine.
Here's some error from chrome console.
i checked and i think someone updated Jira.
now the version i have is:Jira v8.11.0Jira Service Desk v4.3.0Jira Agile v8.11.0
is the combination ok?
