we are in the process of integrating Jira and fresh service. by Jira automation
1. Once I update a comment the same comment is passing to fresh service.
2. likewise, if fresh service updates something it should update the Jira ticket.
in situation 2 is there any way of trigger back and send the same comment back to freshservice?
And how can I restrict this in automation?
is there a way of finding out whether the update is done by rest API or by user
