How can I reset a pasword for a USER
Hi Robin, welcome to the Community. If you are an admin - click on the Cog > User management > Jira service desk. Search for the user and click on the ellipses. This assumes the user is a Customer. If they are and agent or JSW user do this in the “Users” section under User management.
It depends on what you are using for your user directory. It will need to be done in there.
