request type fields customization

hi,

i have different request types that requires a different set of fields for the agent and the customer portal.

is it possible to customize fields for every request type?

Yes, you can have different fields by request type, and you can define which fields the customer has access to as a sub-set of what the agent can use.

i dont understand how.

i`ve added a custom field but i cant pick it.

Yes, that picture shows a list of the fields from the issue that you can add to the request.  I don't see anything here that you cannot tick to include in the request screen.
