We are trying to give some service desk agents some more permissions for editing the reports that have been built. I know you can give admin permissions but really don't want them to have access to everything just editing and everything with reporting. For example, we have custom reports for in the project Technology Service Desk that shows metrics for the particular service desk agent. If someone leaves or is hired the only person that can change this is the Administrator currently. There has to be away to give those rights to someone with out giving everything.
