I have 2 email related to a JSM project. one is the default @atlassian.net and the other is a custom one, with the company's domain.
in the portal. it is possible to filter according to request types. when im looking to filter, i see both email request types.
i would like to remove the default email inbox based request.
when i go to the request types, the delete option is grayed out (on both email based requests).
i would like only the custom domain email based request to appear in the portal's request filter.
any advice?
@Ben If you go to Project Settings > email requests and remove the Request Type from the email, you should be able to delete the request type. As long as you do not have a Request Type associated to an email it will not be processed.
