Yes, on Jira Service Management it’s possible to remove and then invite a customer again.
It’s important just to wait for 5 to 10 minutes before inviting them again just to make sure the account is completely removed from the database and with that, they will receive the invite to the project.
To delete a customer account it’s necessary to go to Cog icon > User management > Jira Service Management. Then, click on … > Delete account.
To add the customer again, it’s necessary to go to the desired project and on the customers’ page, click on “Add customers”.
