I have one question that i trying to figure out.
We are using JIRA ServiceDesk where we have several different customers that can raise incidents/question to us.
These Customers use Portal to raise their incidents/questions. We have different queues for different customers for our internal teams to differenciate the tickets and this is done with email domain.
Questions:
Only for 1 customer is appearing the option "Share With" field, and this wasn't configured by us and we cannot find this in the Portal layout. Anyone knows how to add/remove this field?
Also, anyone knows what and to who is shared the information, it's just for the caller or entire Customer email list for that Customer?
