"Add" button dissapears when creating a new series in a report by using bigger advanced filter

I'm adding some extra reports to my Jira Service Management tool.

When I add a new series and fill in my advanced filter the buttons to "Add" or "Close" dissapear. There is also no scrollbar available. So i'm unable to add my new series to the filter. See printscreens below.

Anyone know an solution or this is a bug or know error?

I've found a  workaround by myself. You can use the zoom function of your browser. If you zoom out the screen wil be vissible totally so you can click on the "Add" button.
