Hallo,
is it possible to block the email address from changing by customers.
We don t want generic addresses like hotline@company1.de or support@company2.de or other non-personal addresses in our system.

Neither Jira Service Desk nor Jira provide such feature out of the box. You can raise this as a feature request on https://jira.atlassian.com/ .
