When she is looking at one of the request create forms in Chrome, her cursor turns into a finger, like for a radio button interaction, but she can't interact with any of the fields on the form.
After a few moments, she gets a dialog from Chrome that says the website is not responding, and she has a button she can click to wait.
After that, she sees the Aw, Snap error, with Error Code Out Of Memory. I told her to try the Windows Task Manager, and check her memory utilization, but it was at 65%.
No one else has the issue, and I can't reproduce it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
One thing to check is to see if the customer has any extensions installed that could interfere with the Portal. Does the same thing happens in an incognito window?
