not able to add user to jira service management board

Unable to add non jnj to jira board saying do not have enough license.
How can I solve and have more licences?
I want to add someone but it reached it limited. Untill now unable to reach to the right person to help me out.

Hi @egroot and welcome to the Community!

You will need to locate the person responsible for managing your Jira Service Management instance internally, I'm afraid.

When you have no more licenses available to add additional people to your project, there's 2 things you can do:

  • evaluate if there's any of your current users that no longer needs a license. If so, you can have that license revoked so you can onboard new users.
  • purchase an upgrade to a higher user tier to achieve the same outcome.

In both cases, you will need assistance from someone who administers your environment for your company.
