multilingual problem in status and customer survey

situation:

Jira Service Management suppose to be able handle multilingual support for customer. We have added French as supported language

 

complication:

It's not working properly.

  • If the project is set to default English, the automation Email send to customer is always in English, even it detects the request was done in French. Customer Status Name is already setup with the French translation but doesn't seem to do anything at all.
