Hi i would like to know if we have 3 Projects setup like telephone support and IT Support and Customs service desk if they a away to move jobs from customer project to the IT Support Projects
we are looking at set up
customes service - Projects
Accounts Team - Project
Telephone Team project
IT Service Team project
Marking team - project
would like to pass job over to other project

You can always move an issue over to another project. If the other projects differ in configuration you will have to map certain fields/items to others of course.
If you click (in the new view) on the 3 dots menu:
You have the option to manually move an issue over.
This does require the users to have the "Move Issues" permission and the "Create Issues" permissions.
