issue found related to jira notification in the "New Outlook" application

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Steps to replicate:-
1. Check the Jira history and observe the final assignee. i.e. "Vipul Agarwal" (Screenshot attached"
2. Now observe the time in "New outlook" with final assignee.
In New-Outlook, it seems that "Deepak Gupta" is the final Assignee but actually "Vipul Agarwal" is final Assignee as per Jira record.
