incident ticket - dynamic entry form

Fabrice Gantois June 19, 2024

Hello

In the input grid for my "incident" ticket, I want to add a form based on the value of another field, in this case "affected service".

The content of "affected service" is the name of our applications and the forms to be positioned contain data specific to each application.
I find how to add a specific form by automation rule but the form is added in the ticket not in the input grid.

Please, somebody can explain me how is it possible to "refresh" or regenerate the input grid during the insert data ?

Thanks in advance. Fabrice

Not sure if I am understanding your correctly but here goes (apologies if I am off the mark with this response).

On request forms, you can add sections to forms which can be displayed conditionally based on responses to fields above the section.

See here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/using-conditional-logic-with-forms-1167693620.html

Again, not sure if this is what you need.

Hi Fabrice,

Yes, your licenses are not named user licenses, just a count. So make one user inactive and then you can add a new user.
