We'd like to know why we aren't getting the images from ticket updates in outlook? Is it a setting somewhere in Jira? or in outlook that we have to check? This happens when a customer replies with an image, the notification we are getting in our emails are not showing the images but the actual ticket in jira shows the image/s.
