i want to creat a project in jira. at the level of creation after choosing EPIC i see only epic name and no summary  about the issue created . where is my wrong in creating?

I am have trouble following your scenario. What steps exactly did you do, and what exactly are you expecting to see?

Hi @Alphonso Yemsilack ,

Although i'm not an expert in this field.

But according to me, If you are creating an Epic then you can go with the name only.

Although there's not a seperate option of Summary, you can add your details in Description box after creating an Epic.

And when you are creating an Issue inside an Epic like Story, Task or Bug then you got the option of adding a summary, and if anyhow you're not getting an option of summary there as well then you can create it without summary and add summary directly after creation of issue inside Epic.
