to get the access in ultra main to create new w/o I have contacted ITSR they replied to rise a request in Jira but can't find any link to rise a request please advise how to rise the request in Jira related to ultra main issues.
I fear you are looking for the servicedesk or a different company (ITSR?).
This is actually the community of Atlassian, the company that created the Servicedesk tool that ITSR uses.
I did a quick google but could not find any company that seems logial for your request so I suggest contacting them again directly (they asked you to create a request so they should tell you where).
