I need to order or filter the incidents that have the longest time in a specific column, an example of this is a bug that has 32 days in the same column and another that has 16 days, order them from the oldest to the most recent in that state or filter by incidence that takes more than 20 days in a column.

Unfortunately, you cannot sort the issues within a specific column. Issue sorting is done at the board level. However, if your board's filter query is using RANKs, then you can manually move the issues within a column.
This is how Jira board works by default. Lastly, it is not recommended to use boards (SCRUM/KANBAN) for JSM project. JSM project uses QUEUEs to manage issues. The usage of boards is for Jira Software Application projects.
Hope this helps.
