how to add more Request participants

Request participants to a ticket in our help desk

Hi Thomas, welcome to the Community. I guess my question is how do you want to add them? Request Participants are Customers for a given project. Once a user exists as a Customer in the project they can be added by simply entering their username in the field. You can also add them thru other means, customers can add them, automation, etc.

Hi Jack, I had the same question Thomas asked but specifically via adding Request Participants via Project Automation AND in the situation where Request Participants already exist in a Jira Issue.

I believed that Editing "Request Participant" via Project Automation would have done the trick but it simply replaced my "Request Participant" list with my new "additional" participant.  Fortunately this was done in my staging environment with no adverse impact to any user.

Any feedback would be appreciated
