As per the guidelines provided by the support team, we have implemented the same to get approval access by selected customer through request form, but it was not working for us. So, could any one please look into this and advise further how to setup/provide customer approval?
There is a field called "approver" which can have the customer set. Besides adding the customer to this field, you also need the Workflow to have the approval functionality set.
