Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if by the Organization field you mean the search that shows on the Customers' page, the "Share with" in the customer portal, or the field in the ticket when viewing as an agent.

Please, let us know more details about what you need and, if possible, share a screenshot of where you need to show the Organization's field, so we can check here if it's possible or if there is a feature request for that.
