My organizaion's admin is no longer valid an i need to transfer the role to another user.
I do not have access to their email or account.

Is the Jira subscription owned by a company?
Is the email of the former Org Admin owned by the company? If so, the company can reactivate the email, assigning it a new password, and use that information to log in and add another user as an Organization Admin.
Has the company specified other users as the Technical or Billing contacts for the subscription? Those individuals can open a support case directly with Atlassian to get more help with this.
