Hello,
when customers receive replies from us, our real names are displayed. We want to avoid that.
Is it possible to simply store e.g. "Support" as a general name so that the customer no longer sees a direct contact person from us in his e-mail?
Thank you for help !
@Kerstin ElsnerOne thing you could do is to go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility and change your name there to "Support".
@marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- Thank you, but I want to change this name only for use in JIRA SERVICE MANAGEMENT to answer to the customer. In our own JIRA CORE Projekt I will show my real name.

there is a Suggestion open with Atlassian which you could vote for signalizing that the request is of significance for your team also:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-702
The requirement like yours is repeating here in Community every now and then.
Apart from voting for the Suggestion or changing the name (as already mentioned in this thread) there are not much alternatives from the looks.
Regards,
Daniel
