double automation rule locks solman-transaction

Dear Colleagues,

we figured out, that when adding a comment in jira + setting the status on Jira from Status X to another Status, only one automation rule can be started, the second automation rule (in our case the rule for changing the status) cannot be started due the lock in the solman.

 

is it maybe possible to combine rules or start rules synchronous into solman without locking the transaction in SLM?
