After enabling customer satisfaction on the project, customers will receive the notification for resolved tickets.
The tickets must have a resolution for the csat survey to be triggered.
It's important that the customer notification "Request resolved" is also enabled.
Please, make sure that tickets have a valid request type, the satisfaction feature is enabled and customer notifications are enabled.
