Dear all,

My attenpts to create an instance of Jira service management has failed with the following error:

 (Issue ID for Atlassian use: cb0ee9526a754b4798bd5f71f44dd00a)

I tried several times with the same result.

Could someone help me move forward with the creation of my instance on Jira ?
