Hello,
I would like to associate an existing Alias email (gmail) that has no password to the JIRA Service Desk project. I am unsure what could be the next steps since this email address is also used by our clients for submitting tickets. I cannot share the Atlassian standard provided email address to our clients, any Thoughts?
