I cloned an issue of service desk to jira software. i commented on that issue from jira software but i can see it on the same issue in service desk. 

Is it possible to view those comments.

Do you mean to say that you commented on the issue in Jira software and you cannot see that comment in Jira service management? If so that would be expected as the issues are separate. If you want to hav3 the comments mirrored you could use Automation.

the issue was cloned from service desk to jira software. 

When posted a comment on that cloned issue it wasnt visible on the same issue in service desk.

how do we mirror the comments?

Cloning does not result in comments being mirrored. You will need to use Automation for this. I would also recommend using “create linked issue” rather than clone.
