change portal setting "Introduction text"

Hi,

I cannot change the introductory text in service management.
Project > Project Configuration > Portal Configuration.
Anyone an idea?

You should be able to change it - assuming that you are a member of the project's Administrators role.  If YES, then you should see the following... 

If your JSM project is a "Team Managed" type, then you can access the similar UI via Service Project Settings >> Channels >> Customer Portal.

In both "Company Managed" or "Team Managed" type JSM projects, one who have project Administrators role assignment can manage the Introduction text.

Hi Negjat,

Can you please explain better what is the problem? Are you not able to update/save the text or you can't find the right section?

Can you paste a screenshot of the error?
