I just started using Service Management with the free plan and I need CMDB features. I'm trying to install the insight ADD ON APP but the installation process stop as soon as it start. I receive a generic error message which suggest to try a little bit later.
Do you know if it is a temporary issue or something else? maybe I can't try insight with a free plan?
I really need a CMDB with a Service Desk solution so I need to try this feature before deciding to adopt jira as our Company Service Desk platform.

It was a temporary problem, Now I was able to install the add on.
