bounced e-mail from alassian.net

hi there, 

whenever we send mails from Ahri.org, we get a bounced e-mail feedback. i have performed a message trace and our smart host Mimecast is delivering mails to Jira  

how do i get Jira to whitelist my organizations e-mails

So this looks like an email that Atlassian is sending to a user and the mailbox of that user is rejecting it in which the bounce from Atlassian notifies you.

For me that looks like an issue with the recipients mailbox. Is there more to the message as to why it is bouncing/undeliverable?

All users are getting the same Bounce back whenever they try to reply on tickket

Can you clarify who is sending the mail from where to where?

• Is it an automated mail after someone adds a comment to a ticket?
• Is it a reply on a mail from Atlassian towards an email channel and it needs to be picked up by Jira?

You mention that you send mails from, how are you sending them? Outlook? Jira? .??

Also more details from the Bounce message could be helpfull
