I want to know if is it possible to set the client lead based on the organization with an automation.
For example, when I receive a ticket and somebody(or other people in my team) assign the the organization XYZ(name of the client) and automatically an automation would set the client lead to Bob.
is it possible to do that?
Also, is it possible to add some condition if we have more that one client like this the client lead field will be automatically filled.
For example, if organization is XYZ set client lead Bob or if organization is ABC set client lead Laura or if organization is DEF set client lead Daniel etc...
