I have two fields on my request and I linked:
Field1 - Approvers
Field2 - Additional participants
Field1 - Requester should be able to select people from organization
Field2 - Requester should be able to type any mail address from any domain
When I go to fill request from my admin account, works without problems, and when I tried with any customer account, it loads empty field.
What if you start typing in the fields?
I just gives me "No options" and if I press enter or go to next field it's empty.
