Our website is: https://xelonhelp.atlassian.net/

An error occurs when trying to access Jira Service Management:

Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.

Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.

I've checked Atlassian status: no errors(all is fine)

I also can't open a support case

Could someone assist me with this case asap?

so is this a new site that you have yet to be able to connect to or was it working and now not? As you are on Free account you won't have access to Atlassian Support.

It was working and now not.

We have a paid account.

how did you solve it? I have the same error after a tens of working days

Hi @Nicola Campanelli , is it persisting? What plan (Free, Standard...) are you on? I do not see any outages reported but it may be new and limited to a few sites. You can reach out to Atlassian Support if not on Free plan.

It has been solved.

My problem was I removed Jira Product Delivery (Beta version) and It disabled the entire Jira Software

Thanks
