Wrong Attachments in Tickets

We are experiencing some reported strange behaviour where when once an agent is done dealing with ticket ABC-123, with attachment X, upon moving to ticket ABC-124, the system does not display attachment Y, but rather attachment X again.  Are there any reports of tickets showing attachments from the PREVIOUS ticket that was processed by an agent?  I am trying to nail down a potential issue, but I do not know if this is a system issue, or a user issue.

I believe that the issue you are facing is related to a known bug where the attachments are not displaying correctly when jumping from one ticket to another:

Are the thumbnails showing correctly after a while?

If they reload the page, does it work?
