To reduce time of communication, is there a way to see data about a company whose members can access the JSM portal and submit tickets. we find ourselves needing to ask questions about product versions etc. since not all customers have the same service level, product and support?
A page with data that could be hyperlinked, or displayed on the right side of a ticket or something. even a marketplace add-on so we could access that information quickly would be helpful.
Zen desk has such a feature and it is a time saver. Is there a way to make this happen in JSM?
