Its possible modify workflow aprovers?
If the user enters the approver and it is not the one indicated and wants to modify it? Is there a way to modify the flow so that I can go back and start the flow again with a new approver?
If this is one time change, then just remove the non approver from Approver field and add the required user to the list. And then just share the customer request url to the approver. Approver will be able to view the approve/decline button.
If you cannot see the Approver field, first add them to the screen by clicking on configure on the ticket.
