Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible:
To control which queues the agents can see for a project?
I would like that each department sees only the queues related to their department.
Please tell me if it's possible,
Best Regards,
Didier
Hi Khalid,
Thank you for your answer, it is the way we are using the queues.
But I would like to know that people in "Application" see only tickets related to their
service and not the other ones. Just because for me they don't need to see what they
don't need to work on. I don't think it is possible in Jira service desk.
But I prefer to ask before surrender.
Best,
Didier
Hi @didier.blanchet ,
Restricting the list of queues that someone sees is indeed not possible out of the box.
We solved this by using the app by Deviniti called Queues for JIRA.
This app allows you to define visibility on the queues and also group them together (and also create queues that cross projects).
