Will there be a Trigger for a particular attribute update for an Insight Object in Automation

I want to create a ticket each time a particular attribute is changed through the global automation.  

I don't want to create a ticket each time a dynamic field is updated for a given object.

 

Use Case:

I have an 'Assigned User' attribute which references a User Object Type.  I want to create a ticket each time this is updated. 

If I have a patch version attribute, I don't want this automation to run each time the version is updated.
