Widget for jira not working

Hi, so I'm trying to use a widget and it says that validation has failed, and the error is: Customers cannot see widgets unless they can submit orders without logging in Did you know how to set up a portal without login. (translated)

@Suporte JRetail you will need to allow anyone to create a request and not lock it down to specific customers.  This KB will help you https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/how-global-permissions-affect-project-permissions/
