Why the access token sometime expire within the 1 hr?

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek clarification on a few issues related to Jira authentication and token management.

Jira Refresh Token Expiry:
In our documentation, it's stated that the expiry time of a Jira refresh token is 365 days. However, we are exploring options to ensure that the refresh token never expires. Could you please confirm if there is any alternative approach or mechanism available to achieve this? We would greatly appreciate any insights or recommendations you can provide regarding this matter.

Response Code for Generating Access Token with Expiry Refresh Token:
According to the documentation, when generating an access token with an expired refresh token, the expected response code is 403. However, we have observed that we are receiving a response code of 401 instead. Could you kindly clarify why this discrepancy might be occurring? It would be helpful to understand the correct response code and any potential reasons for the difference we are experiencing.

Unexpected 401 Error Within 1 Hour After Generating Access Token:
We have encountered an issue where we receive a 401 Unauthorized error when attempting to fetch data from Jira using the API, even though we have generated a valid access token. This occurs within 1 hour of generating the access token. Could you please shed light on why this might be happening? We are keen to understand any potential factors contributing to this issue and how we can address it effectively.
